Good solicitor client relationships are based upon many factors such as ability, trust, respect, good communications and ease of contact. We prioritise these and endeavour to ensure a client never feels neglected, ill-informed or pushed aside.  Once a case is accepted its overall conduct is never delegated away. Clients know Laurence Ross will deal with their affairs and receive copies of communications when they happen. We always endeavour to control costs tightly and to be transparent in our charging. We will discuss with clients the various ways a case can be funded and which can include both before and after the event insurance, contingency fees (in limited cases only) conditional fees, fixed fee and hourly rate charging.
